Estonia – 1-3 workdays

Latvia – 2-5 workdays

Lithuania – 2-5 workdays

Finland –  2-5 workdays


In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.


The delivery terms indicated on the e-store’s website are valid from the moment the payment is received in the online store’s bank account.

In order to deliver without delay, care must be taken, and true and valid data must be provided for delivery data when placing the order.

Balticcubes.ee is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online store balticcubes.ee could not influence or foresee.

With the help of the company’s logistics partners, the goods are delivered to the parcel machine chosen by the customer when placing the order.

An SMS message with the parcel delivery code will be sent to the customer’s phone about the arrival of the goods. If the customer does not pick up the parcel within the specified period, the customer shall bear all costs related to the return or longer-term storage of the parcel and other costs that may arise.

When the goods logistics partners reach the parcel machine, balticcubes.ee’s obligations to the customer end and balticcubes.ee is no longer responsible for the delivered goods.


The customer is responsible for the correctness of the personal data, address and contact telephone provided when ordering the goods. Balticcubes.ee and the courier company are not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by the customer when placing the order.


If the shipment has been damaged, the time and cause of the damage must be recorded in the presence of a courier company representative.

Balticcubes.ee and the courier are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive intact, have a commercial appearance and correspond to what is described in the balticcubes.ee e-shop. If a broken or damaged product reaches the customer, it will be replaced with a new one or the value will be compensated financially.

If the customer notices upon receipt of the goods that the packaging is broken, the customer should not accept the shipment and should submit an application to the courier and contact info@balticcubes.ee.
